Good news! Saskatchewan has provided a provision for student applicants to apply for PR

This is valid until Sep 2021 or until 1000 applicants are accepted.

There are mandatory requirements:

1. Students must be living legally in the SK province prior to Sep 1, 2020, and have lived at least for 2 years in the last 3 years.

2. Minimum CLB 7

3. Graduated from DLI in Saskatchewan in the last 3 years prior to application.

Also, the student should fulfill one of the listed requirement:

4. Job offer from Saskatchewan affiliated employer. The job offer should be in NOC 0, A, B category or NOC C occupation in Health, Hospitality or Agriculture.

Or

4. With no job offer:

a. Their education must be related to the occupation which is not in the Saskatchewan occupation exclusion list.

b. Settlement funds to support their economic self–sufficiency.
