Ontario PNP (OINP) has launched their Expression of Interest (EOI) system for two streams on 28th April 2021:

· Employer Job Offer Category: Foreign Worker

· Employer Job Offer Category: International Student

EOI is a point-based system and points are calculated based on the following factors:

· NOC Skill Level (A, B, C, D)

· NOC Type

· Wage

· Canadian Work Experience

· Level of Education

· Field of Study

· Language Proficiency

· Region (within GTA or outside)

· Strategic priorities

How the process takes place:

1. Creation of profile on OINP portal

2. Submitting EOI

3. The system will rank the candidate based on the EOI score

4. Wait for an invitation from OINP

5. On reception of the invitation, an applicant gets 14 days to apply
